This page explains what information Bansal Sukhmani Hospital ("we") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows the basics of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Only what you type into the appointment form:
- your name and phone number,
- the department you choose, and your preferred date and time,
- anything you write in the optional notes box. Please share only what is needed to arrange your visit — your doctor will take your full history in person.
We do not ask for your email address, and this website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you.
Why we use it
Only to call you back to confirm your appointment. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own use.
How it reaches us
- The form is delivered to the hospital's inbox by Web3Forms, an email-forwarding service. They process it only to deliver it to us.
- If you tap a WhatsApp button, the chat happens on WhatsApp and their privacy policy applies.
- The map at the bottom of the page is loaded from Google Maps, which may record that the map was viewed.
- Your browser remembers which maternity tab you last opened. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your appointment. After that, the request is deleted from the inbox.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
